Emmanuel Babousis is a former Special Agent with the United States Secret Service. As a special agent he worked on bank fraud, counterfeiting, intelligence and executive security. In 1997 Mr. Babousis was inducted into the American Police Hall of Fame for exceptional investigative performance in major cases. Mr. Babousis is also a former officer in the U.S. Army.

He manages comprehensive investigations, supervises investigators and debriefs clients. James has more than 10 years experience in the private sector working cases involving fraud, money laundering, partner disputes, ethics breaches and corruption.
Ted Orfanos manages strategic client relations, operational excellence and growth initiatives at North Star. LTC Richard Gregory
Richard Gregory was an Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff for one of New York City’s largest investigative agencies which he helped establish and expand to over 4,500 security and investigative personnel. He has over forty years experience in law enforcement, as an investigator and supervisor. Richard is currently an officer in one of the Nation’s Historic Military Regiments.
